Reporting to an experienced HR Manager with support from another HR colleague, your role as HR Advisor will be based at their Salisbury office, Monday-Friday. 37.5 hours / week, 8.30am-4.30/5pm (depending on 30 minute / 1 hour lunch).
This position delivers generalist HR support enabling the delivery of the site & company growth agenda. Working closely with Site Management to embed the culture and values that are key to the business, and supporting local levels of management and employees to ensure the best performance in a motivating environment.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be an ambitious, driven person who is happy working in a fast-paced FMCG / manufacturing environment. CIPD Level 3 or Level 5 are required with at least 2+ years experience in a HR role / function. The above industry experience is preferred, but others will be considered.
What you'll get in return
Salary between £28,000-£32,000 / annum (DOE), 25 days holiday + BH's, pension and free parking.
