The Project Support specialist will have a range of duties that will be critical to ensuring the success of the business's daily operations. Strong organisational and communications skills are imperative to the role as you will be in a client facing role that requires high attention to detail and coordination.

Description

As a Project Support specialist, you will be required to:

-Schedule calls and meetings between the client and global experts

- Respond to and coordinate compliance requests

-Establish and build strong internal and external relationships

-Provide administrative support to the wider team

-Contribute to projects by helping to coordinate activities and important meetings

Profile

The successful candidate MUST have a degree and have completed some form of an internship. This may have been as a placement year during university, or a summer internship that has provided you with some administrative, corporate experience.

You must be switched on, curious to learn and possess excellent written and verbal communication. The team are incredibly dynamic and collaborative, therefore team fit for this role is crucial. Ideally you will be a sociable, outgoing individual who is able to demonstrate team player attributes.
