**URGENT INTERIM ROLE**
Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this leading business based in Swindon, to recruit an experienced HR consultant, for a major TUPE Project.
Supporting the Head of HR, you will take responsibility for the TUPE process of two high-profile acquisitions into the business. Ensuring a smooth transition and continuity for staff affected across all three businesses.
It is essential you are highly competent with all things TUPE and have a solid understanding of employment law, having managed similar projects in the past. You must be able to challenge where appropriate, be action orientated, with strong negotiation skills, persuasive and resilient qualities and be used to working at pace, within a pressured and demanding environment.
