We have a fantastic opportunity for a HR Coordinator to work for an independent, international, non-profit organisation.

The HR Coordinator is a new role in their centralised Operations and Finance team. The role holder will support the Head of HR in delivering a seamless service that supports all aspects of the employee life cycle and people-focused tasks. This will include recruitment, induction, on-boarding new starters, managing employee data, processing leavers and any changes that occur in
between. They will be responsible for handling a lot of information, including sensitive and confidential data, and must have the highest standards of integrity and discretion.

The HR Coordinator will be the first point of contact for HR related queries and will be accountable for ensuring that all HR administration is managed in a professional, efficient and timely manner. The post holder will support the HR function for all global offices and must enjoy a high-energy, fast paced working environment.

Essential knowledge, training & qualifications:

  • Relevant experience or degree in HR or similar qualification
  • Knowledge of UK employment law and practices
  • Good understanding of HR best practice approaches
  • 2-3 years administrative experience within a generalist HR role
  • Experience of working independently, interacting effectively as a member of a team and working collaboratively with other functions
  • Working with a strong customer service ethos - always putting the needs of the employee / manager first.


Their offices are based in London but they will be allowing remote working on the most part with ability to work from the office 1-2 days per month. For further information about this position please apply.
