The Senior Talent and Development Business Partner is focused on building functional capability across the business but predominantly in Sales, Marketing and Digital.

The client is a global tech company with excellent products and culture. They have flexible working (up to two days at home) and great commuter links when in the office from London, Surrey and the south east of England by public transport and car.

Description

The Senior Talent and Development Business Partner will need to:

  • Support the Head of Talent and OD in partnering with Business Leaders to identify expertise development priorities and to embed and enhance business Talent programmes
  • Work closely with People Business Partners to champion the Talent Development strategy for the business, understanding the unique demands within each business area
  • Design a pragmatic, digitally focused and relevant suite of always-on learning solutions
  • Facilitating learning events in line with the Talent Strategy and business needs
  • Contribute to a self-driven learning culture through feedback and enablement
  • Support team colleagues in identifying, designing and delivering a suite of 'Knowledge Bites' to further develop manager capability
  • Deliver high quality, innovative and engaging development initiatives, in line with Talent development strategy
  • Co-facilitate and collaborate with external delivery partners to deliver learning solutions
  • Measure the success / return on investment of all learning interventions delivered - using this data to adapt/make recommended improvements where needed
  • Support the Head of Talent and OD and the wider People Team in communicating the overall Talent strategy
  • Ownership of content of Sales & Marketing Commercial Content - partnership delivery and programme effectiveness End to end ownership of Commercial Capability, including the creation of a Technical Skills Framework and the delivery of new Digital, Sales and Marketing programmes
  • Provide ad-hoc support, and consultation of overall career / professional / personal development for manager and leader population as necessary
  • Champion the organisational values, behaviours and competencies.

Profile

The Senior Talent and Development Business Partner will need to be:

  • Confident in F2F facilitation as well as other blended solutions
  • Comfortable working with and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Digitally savvy and adept with an understanding of Learning Technologies
  • Highly resilient, adaptable to change and adept at working at pace in a complex culture
  • Excellent communication skills, with the interpersonal skills to interact and influence at all levels
  • Passionate about developing people and be driven to achieve success
  • Restless in nature, curious in approach
  • Commercially minded
  • A coaching approach
  • Experience in developing L&D content for sales, marketing and digital functions

Job Offer

£60k - £70k plus benefits for a 24 month FTC
