Our Financial Services client, located just outside of Brighton train station, is recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join their growing HR Team.
Your new role
As a HR Business Partner you will be providing strategic guidance and operational HR business consultancy to assigned business areas, ensuring all people issues are identified promptly, managed and resolved and monitored to optimise organisational performance, while helping to build organisation and people capability.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed as a HR Business Partner you must have previous experience as a HR BP, strong relationship management skills with strong analytical skills. You must be CIPD qualified or equivalent.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of £39000-£52,000 plus a civil service pension, bonus, 25 days annual leave, flexible working and development opportunities.
