Internal Recruiter with agency management skills, £28-30k, FTC to perm opportunity, based in Spalding

A leading producer and distributor of specialist consumer goods is looking to recruit an Internal Recruiter position with a key focus on agency coordination as soon as possible due to rapid growth over the last year. Based in Spalding.
Your new role
As the Internal Recruiter you will be supporting the HR function and reporting into the HR Business Partner. Your main responsibilities will include managing and coordinating several agencies while also managing internal vacancies for those employees who are paid weekly. You will oversee 4 sites in the region. This role has an immediate start.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will need to have a background in internal recruitment, preferably for weekly- or hourly-paid employees, and strong experience of agency management, as well as running campaigns. You will be resilient and inquisitive in nature and not be afraid to challenge back.
