Payroll Manager - £35,000 - £40,000 Braintree Essex
Oakleaf Partnership have been instructed to recruit a Payroll Manager on behalf of a leading firm located in Braintree.
This role will be managing a small team and will take ownership of the payroll.
The role:
- Take full ownership of end to end processing of the payroll
- Manage and mentor more junior members of the team
- Process payrolls on differently frequencies (weekly, Monthly)
- Communicate with HMRC to resolve payroll queries.
- Communicating with clients to ensure the best possible service has been delivered.
- Delegate work to appropriate team members.
Skills:
- Strong end to end payroll knowledge
- Weekly and monthly payroll exposure
- Be local to Braintree
