We are seeking 2 skilled and experienced Organisational Development Specialists. These are key roles supporting the delivery of our client's organisational development plan and transformation agenda.

Description
As Organisational Development Specialist you will be instrumental to the delivery of our client's OD plan and transformational change programme, providing in-house expertise in soft-skills training, team development and facilitation, as well as leading on key organisational development projects, which are aligned to business strategy and designed to deliver improvements. We are looking for someone who brings fresh, innovative, evidence-based ideas. You will be just as passionate about your own development as you are about your colleagues.
Profile
An experienced Organisational Development Specialist you will have demonstrable experience of the following
- Acting as an internal OD consultant devising and implementing OD solutions that align with organisational strategy and enhance organisational effectiveness
- You will be experienced in leading on and supporting the roll-out of change programmes at both a local and organisational level
- Leading on discrete OD and learning and development projects, aligned to OD plans
- Providing analysis and diagnosing areas for improvement with teams and recommending solutions
- Providing skilful design, delivery and facilitation for cross-directorate events, workshops, and meetings
Qualifications
Educated to postgraduate level in a relevant subject (such as HR, L&D, organisational development, psychology), or equivalent level of experience working in a similar role
Experience within Public Sector Health and/or Not For Profit and Charities is advantageous but not essential.
