I'm currently working with a busy and growing business based in the South Birmingham area. They are looking to bring on board an experienced Recruitment Manager to start quickly in a temporary to permanent role. This role is flexible and will be a mix of homeworking and travelling to the South Birmingham office. They offer full training, on site parking and great benefits.
Your new role
This new role will include providing a responsive efficient and customer focused service to managers and other staff members. Developing KPIs for the team and producing regular KPI reports, setting deadlines and requirements. Participate in selection and recruitment processes, review and action resourcing plans business wide. You will need to manage and coordinate recruitment campaigns along side being responsible for the day to day management of the recruitment team including 1:1 meetings and support with the team.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you will ideally be immediately available or on a short notice period. You will be an experienced Recruitment or Resourcing Manager who has prior management experience. You will need to be used to a high volume, fast paced environment and ideally you will have prior experience within the Healthcare sector.
