Your new role
My client have a newly created role for a driven HR Business Partner to support the Regional Management teams, under the direction of the Head of HR who has responsibility for 16 sites. You will be part of a dynamic people function collaborating with two other regional HRBP's, an Associate HRBP and central HR Administration, L&D and Recruitment teams.

Your portfolio will be around 150 employees predominately based at their Ipswich site, as well as Lowestoft and Kings Lynn. You will work closely with the business to implement and deliver the HR Strategy/People Plan to include; workforce planning, talent, succession planning and change management, in order to support business objectives and drive a high performance culture. This will also include providing coaching and support to members of the supported management teams in line with the HR delivery model. Alongside case management you will also provide operational HR Support on organisational change projects including restructures, redundancies and TUPE, driving and championing the implementation of HR solutions within the supported business area, gaining acceptance from key stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified (or equivalent) and can demonstrate strong business/commercial acumen with the knowledge and experience of implementing best practice HR solutions to drive a high-performance culture. You will have proven experience of building strong working relationships with managers in a complex working environment and be passionate about customer service. Experience of coaching and influencing managers will be key, as will excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate and influence effectively with all levels of an organisation. You will also be able to showcase experience of being involved in organisation change programmes e.g., Restructures, Redundancy, TUPE. Exposure to working with unions will also be advantageous.
