Key responsibilities
Managing key stakeholders needs and requirements from an HR strategy perspective
Looking after the day to day HR issues which arise.
Ensuring processes, policies and procedures are up to date.
Supporting all senior leaders in their business needs and challenges.
A full generalist, stand-alone HR position.
Profile
Ideally we would like to find someone who can bring the following experience
Demonstrable capability in a stand alone HR position.
Able to cope and excel in all areas of Human Resources
Successful dealing with a mixture of both blue and white collar requirements
Naturally able to engage and support Senior Leadership team.
A calm and collected approach to HR, offering balanced support and advice
A go to professional within the business for all HR enquiries.
