We are currently supporting a growing SME business who are looking for an interim HR Consultant / HRBP to support on some project work. Having recently developed a new People Agenda, they are looking for someone that can support them to design and develop a number of internal policies and procedures. This will include topics like employee engagement, succession planning and training plans. Alongside this you will help develop their employee handbook and support managers with the implementation.
We are looking for an experienced HR professional who can be free on short notice. Remote working is available, with offices based in South Birmingham.
