A global financial services organisation based in the city currently have a need for a new HR Change Manager on an 18 month basis.

This HR Change Manager will be responsible for driving key HR change and process improvements whilst also providing ad hoc support to the business partner population.

Duties:

  • Drive HR change and HR process improvements
    • Identifying ways to reduce transactional activity from the HRBP agenda (e.g. query management)
    • Supporting the shift to employee/manager self-service
    • Supporting process re-engineering activity to simplify HR processes
  • Provide support across the wider HRBP team as required
    • Compensation cycle, performance management cycle, talent reviews, succession planning
    • Workforce planning, capability planning and promoting the move to Hybrid Working
    • Employee relations activity - grievances/disciplinary meetings
    • Culture change (e.g. diversity & inclusion, employee engagement, wellbeing, conduct)
    • Business transformation activity

Skills:

  • Experience in HR process improvement / re-engineering
  • Strong judgement across complex HR issues including employee relations
  • In depth knowledge of the financial sector is required
  • Expertise managing complex HR issues, building trust, negotiating and influencing
  • Excellent communication skills - this role requires interaction with senior managers up to Executive Committee level
  • Strong problem solving skills, combined with positive "can-do" attitude
