Oakleaf Partnership are working with an International Law firm in recruiting for a permanent Reward Manager position . This Reward Manager role will be focused on managing their Compensation programmes across the EMEA region and will be working closely with the Head of HR Transformation, UK Head of HR and regional Reward Managers.
You will assist with business as usual activities as well as broader global strategic initiates and projects related to compensation programs for business services and fee earners across the EMEA region. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to further their UK Reward experience and gain EMEA Reward exposure
The role is London based, with flexibility on offer for remote working. Therefore they will consider candidates to be home based in the UK.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Designs and delivers compensation and benefits programs and solutions to support key business initiatives and goals
- Collaborates with Human Resources and management to develop and implement effective programs to enable managers to more effectively attract, retain, reward and motivate employees.
The successful candidates will have proven experience in a Senior Reward Analyst or Reward Manager role for a partnership or professional or financial services firm. You will be highly analytical, have strong excel skills and have proven ability to manage stakeholders across levels and excellent communication skills.
