Job Details
A leading Insurance Business are looking for an experienced Recruitment Business Partner to support their Technology functions growth plans.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional client service and candidate experiences throughout the full life cycle of recruiting
- Consult with hiring managers to scope recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Research, develop, and implement new candidate sourcing and search methods
- Identify and source qualified candidates, also leveraging internal and online recruiting resources
- Monitor and facilitate best practice candidate interview processes
- Educate and influence hiring managers on candidate's skill sets, recruiting process, strategy and market conditions
- Partner with HR Business Partners to identify internal talent
- Work with and direct the efforts of a Recruiting Coordinator
- Influence hiring managers on the importance of diversity in the recruitment process
Requirements:
- Solid track record of 360 recruiting
- Financial Services industry experience covering a Technology client group is preferred
- Ability to handle recruiting volumes of 20-30 permanent requisitions at a time
- Strong consultative approach with a demonstrated ability act in an advisory capacity
- Motivated and self-directed
- Proven experience manag
