Oakleaf Partnership are working with a global Financial Services organisation who are looking for a Senior Reward & HR Operations Specialist to join their team for 12 month FTC. You will be working remotely for the first few months and there will be an opportunity to discuss flexible working arrangement thereafter.

Working alongside the Head of Reward and HR Operations, your role will be to effectively deliver the operational HR activities including headcount management, management information, data analysis and providing insights to management and benefit administration.

You will also play an important role in the year end performance and reward process and will work closely with the Head of Reward and HR Operations on strategic projects.

Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Reward - Supporting with the annual salary and bonus review, job evaluation and salary benchmarking
  • Provide a main point of contact service for Employee Benefits
  • Reporting on HR related data (Management Information)
  • Assist with annual Benefits renewals
  • Reviewing the monthly payroll
  • Support with the implementation of the new HR system

The successful candidate will be highly analytical with strong excel capabilities and the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights. You will have previous experience of working in a professional HR department in a support and analytical capacity.
