13 month FTC

$100,000 - $115,000
My client are a fast paced, Global Software Development Company headquartered in New York. Due to movement within the team, they are now looking to hire an experienced and driven HR BP on an initial 13 month FTC (this is likely to be made permanent). The HR BP will support the US and LATAM markets at both a hands on and strategic level.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and mitigate any risks to the business using your well-rounded US and LATAM employment law knowledge
- Manage ae wide variety of ER cases from disciplinary and grievances to terminations
- Provide input and direction to the people operations and wider people team on policies and procedures
- Ensure robust and up to date effective onboarding
- Coaching managers through performance management process
- Partner with ExCo and Senior leaders in managing compensation planning and execution annually
- Create talent management strategies to support the growth of the business and individual development plans
- Build trust and relationships with Senior Leaders to aid in finding People solutions
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, People Ops, Payroll, L&D etc.
- Implement and develop people centric policies and procedures, workforce planning, and change management
- Lead HR initiatives and deliverable s
- Create, finetune and build out data that enables better decision making
- Partner with L&D to create Talent and Performance Management frameworks that encourage and build engagement, equity and increase performance levels
Key experience/skill:
- Proven skill with reporting and analytics; ability to summarise information and storytell
- Experience as a HR BP within a fast-paced environment
- Good critical thinking skills with keen attention to detail and high standards for accuracy
- Great stakeholder management ability
- Fast learner, proactive, adaptable
- Proven experience working across the US and LATAM markets
- Ideally from a tech/software background
