Description
To deliver a professional and effective People and Culture strategy that engages all employees, promotes the organisation's vision and creates a culture of coaching, engagement and feedback, empowering employees to achieve their full potential.
Profile
Candidates must bring the following experience:
- Full generalist HR
- Understanding of complex NfP organisations (subsidaries, ongoing growth via acquisitions)
- Leading on ER, being the point of contact for advice, guidance and case management
- Culture change - demonstrable experience of leading on and improving employee engagement (essential)
- Strong on reporting (deriving data from HRIS and producing regular ports for SLT)
- TUPE, particularly inward (strongly desirable)
- Leading on (or assisting with) workforce planning, candidate attraction, resourcing and retention, restructures, reward and recognition, business growth (strongly desirable)
- Autonomous and able to hit the ground running
