Senior HR Manager

A high growth private equity firm based in the West End of London is looking to appoint a new Senior HR Manager on a standalone basis. This role will be the second HR hire, supporting the HR Partner in their endeavours to develop the internal HR strategy. Having recently opened a new European location, ideally the successful candidate will have experience within varying jurisdictions.

The role will provide operational support to the group from a ground up level, with the opportunity to have involvement in core strategic projects. Due to the firms focus on digitisation, the successful candidate will be passionate about technology-first approaches to business. Similarly, the candidate will need to be passionate about workplace culture and driving people strategies

Ideally the firm are looking for:

• Strong HR experience in a generalist or business partnering capacity
• Direct experience in an investment management/ private equity business
• Desire to be part of a high growth environment
• Hands on exposure
• A professional who is looking to move from a team into a standalone environment
