Exciting new #D&I diversity and inclusion Coordinator job, hybrid and flexible working, based out of Leeds or Manchester!

Your new company

A highly respected international law firm with offices in the heart of Leeds City centre. They are recruiting a Diversity and Inclusion Coordinator on a permanent basis to join their successful HR team in the north.

Your new Job

In your new job as a Diversity and Inclusion Coordinator you will sit within the HR team and support the D&I managers in implementing their CSR and Inclusion strategy both within the UK and globally. You will work closely with the wider HR team, key stakeholders and the company's inclusion and CSR partners within the business and provide them with support. My client has an ambitious inclusions agenda and has published action plans on the following 5 key areas: disability, ethnicity, gender, LGBTQ+ and social mobility.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to managing the CSR and inclusion events calendar, coordinating D&I events and training sessions, producing diversity data reports, involvement in the D&I social media content and answering day to day queries from your internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be highly organised with excellent attention to detail and can work under pressure while managing multiple task and stakeholders. This is a new and exciting role ideal for a dynamic and passionate human resources professional.

What you'll need to succeed

- Strong IT Skills
- Strong administration experience - ideally human resources experience or qualification
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive approach
- Interest in and passion for the D&I agenda
