Our client, a established tech company, is currently searching for a Talent Coordinator to join their organisation on a 12 Month FTC, whilst going through a transformation project. This role does have the scope to go permenant.

In this role you will report into the Talent Coordinator Manager, joing a team of Coordinators to deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience across the entire hiring process.

Successful candidates will have administration experience in a fast paced environments with the desire to work within Talent Acquisition.

Duties include:

  • Coordinating recruitment activities: job ads, scheduling, sending tasks
  • Manage calendars
  • Educating individuals on correct process for applications

Skills required:

  • Demonstrable experience in administration (Talent Acquisition desirable)
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment
  • You're used to scheduling and logistics
  • Proactive, detailed and attentive
