The HR Advisor will be responsible for a number of HR related tasks and will take ownership of their work, from recruitment to payroll and the employee life cycle. It is a hands on role that will closely support the HRBP, working alongside a large HR based in London and Europe.

The client is a reputable Financial Services firm that operates on a global scale. The London office is based near Knightsbridge, however the company embraces flexible working patterns. Description

The HR Advisor will be responsible for:

-Managing the entire employee life cycle, on-boarding and off-boarding all UK employees

-Managing the recruitment life cycle end to end for London employees

-Updating the HR System workday and acting as a subject expert, providing support and assistance to other employees

-Collating and updating monthly payroll changes

-Providing advice and support to line managers with employment matters

-Providing close support to the HRBP and attending important meetings

Profile

The successful candidate MUST have a Financial Services background - this is non-negotiable as the client needs someone who is used to working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

You must have a minimum of 3 years HR experience within Financial Services as a HR Assistant or similar.

You must have experience using the HR system Workday.
