HR Administrator - Temporary
Ashley Kate are currently working with a great organisation in their search to recruit a temporary HR Administrator for a period of 3 months initially, with the view to be extended further.
The post holder will provide an effective Human Resources administration service relating to the employment life cycle. This position will support the HR Team in providing a comprehensive HR service, assist in the administration of HR system and maintain HR databases. Also, to ensure accurate HR records on all employees and liaise with payroll to ensure accurate monthly payroll for employees. To provide HR reports as required.
This role will include:
·Carrying out all administrative processes in the recruitment process, such as preparing adverts, logging application forms, administer recruitment campaigns.
·Administer the process for new employees such as; the preparation of contracts and processing all pre-employment checks.
·Ensure payroll instructions are prepared, logged and submitted to the Payroll Team for the monthly payroll run, for example; contractual variations, new starters, leavers, contractual benefits etc
·Supporting in the administration of the MHR iTrent system to ensure accuracy, such as; inputting of starters, contractual amendments, change of details.
If you are:
·CIPD Level 3 qualified or working towards
·Experienced in using MHR iTrent
·Able to use your own initiative and have excellent communication skills
·Able to maintain confidential and sensitive information
·Understanding of HR database and systems administration
