This role is hoping to develop into a more senior HR position and therefor ein search for someone keen to progress. The Senior HR Assistant role is based in the Brackley area. The roles core purpose is to provide a range of HR duties to support the day to day running of the HR function to include training, inductions, supporting the HRBP's, processing starters and leavers etc.

Description

Senior HR Assistant duties and responsibilities

Human resources

  • Liaise with managers regarding HR processes.
  • Process new starters and leaver paperwork
  • Liaise with managers to arrange inductions and training
  • Complete pre-employment checks in accordance with employment check standards and Policy.
  • Prepare and send correspondence relating to HR Queries
  • Prepare personnel files.
  • Provide HR admin support
  • Employee Services and Data information

  • Maintain local policy/procedural handbooks and keep up to date at all times.
  • Deal with HR enquiries, referring more complex matters to the appropriate contact.
  • Input workforce data as required on the payroll system and ensure the timely collation of data required for the completion of corporate data returns.
  • General

  • Undertake any other administrative duties required to support the Human Resources team e.g. filing
  • To assist with answering HR enquiries from employees
  • Profile

    This Brackley based Senior HR Assistant role is looking for someone with;

    • Prior Human resources and personnel experience with at least 18 months in a HR focused role
    • Strong HR administration skills
    • Computer skills
