CONTINUOUS INNOVATION LEAD

Are you an empathetic and results driven leader, who is passionate about embedding curious mindsets across an organisation and championing staff led ideation? If yes, then you could be our new Continuous Innovation Lead at Companies House.

The Continuous Innovation Lead should have these key skills:

  • The ability to guide and lead from the front, role modelling behaviours while being inclusive and collaborative
  • Strong facilitation skills and a well developed ability to design and deliver virtual engagement interventions
  • You will love communicating at all levels of an organisation and you will be skilled in creating and nurturing lasting relationships to support the development of the Continuous Innovation profession
  • You will naturally challenge conventional thinking and will role model curious behaviours that lead to innovation and creativity

In your first six months you will:

  • Develop plans to enable our brilliant people to exemplify the curiosity that drives improvement and innovation
  • Build and implement a clear and coherent strategy and delivery plan to embed a Continuous Improvement mindset across Companies House
  • Bring together stand-alone functions, our Ideas Hub and Continuous Improvement teams
  • Develop relationships across Companies House, raising the profile and credibility of the continuous innovation team
