We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning and Development Coordinator to join our UK&I L&D team. We have an exciting opportunity for a coordinator to join our national team, to play a critical role in facilitating our L&D offering across the UK&I business.

Your New Role

Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager, you will have a varied and interesting role with the opportunity to really make a difference! Your duties will range from scheduling core training programmes to providing insight and coordination in key L&D projects. You will have full autonomy and ownership over the co-ordination of our core programme delivery, and ensure the right people, get the right training at the right time. This will involve working closely and consulting with the business on training requirements, queries and deadlines, developing strong working relationships with key stakeholders across varying levels, and proactively considering training resources. You will also be responsible for producing L&D reports for senior leadership teams and will work closely with the L&D team, providing key support to the L&D Partners and Regional Coaches. Another key part of this role is the opportunity to continue to shape and advance our training scheduling offering, by implementing new ways of working to improve efficiencies and ensure scheduling is optimised to support positive return on investment for our business.

What You'll Need to Succeed in Your Role

You will play a vital role in ensuring that both national and regional L&D is delivered in a timely, efficient, and organised way so you will ideally have strong administration skills, a proven track record in proactive problem solving and excellent attention to detail. You'll be used to working to, and delivering on, strict business deadlines and be able to competently manage a busy workload. Exceptional interpersonal skills, both written and verbal are also crucial plus you'll feel confident working with senior stakeholders in our business. You'll also be proficient in the use of Microsoft packages and be able to demonstrate digital fluency. Overall, you'll be professional, trustworthy and enjoy a challenge!
