Your new role
As Interim HR Benefits Plans Insurance Consultant, you will manage Health Plans (working with brokers, analysing spend, reviewing documents), Primary Care Services (Management of virtual GP, review of effective, cost SLA etc) and Wellbeing (Supporting the running of the health and wellbeing steering group) as well as other initiatives including Dental, Vision and EAP.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate must have been responsible for the management of healthcare trust plans including governance and tax, plan design and all insurance implications. You will also have solid understanding of Group Income Protection from a benefits perspective and partnering with onsite medical and external vendors. It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice and commit to the duration of the contract.
