The HR Administrator will be responsible for a range of HR related duties, touching on several aspects of HR. The client operates in a fast paced, dynamic environment so the role will provide a great opportunity to pick things up at speed whilst providing maximum exposure.

Client Details

The client is a Financial Services firm specialising in Asset Management. The client is based in London and are currently operating a mix of work from home and office working. The client is incredibly reputable in their industry, recognised for rewarding and developing their employees on a daily basis.

Description

As a HR Administrator, you will be responsible for:

-Administering the employee life-cycle, on-boarding and off-boarding London employees

-Assisting with recruitment activities, such as scheduling interviews and providing candidates with feedback

-Assisting with inductions, preparing offer letters and contracts

-Benefits administrations

-Helping to consistently update and maintain the HR system with accurate information

-Update the employee handbook and org chart

Profile

You MUST be degree educated, and ideally, you will have completed a HR placement/internship as part of your undergraduate degree. 12 month experience is preferred, but 6 months experience is the minimum.
