Payroll Administrator - Competitive Salary - Watford

Oakleaf Partnership have been instructed to recruit on behalf of a leading and growing Top 100 accounting firm located in Watford.

This role will be supporting the wider team and report into the Senior Payroll Manager.

The role:

  • Processing weekly, Fortnightly and Monthly payroll for clients from end to end.
  • Processing of starters and leavers, maintaining personal data, calculating statutory absence payments, processing termination payments and payments after leaving. ▪ Arranging BACs payroll payments, including salary payments, monthly tax liabilities and third party payments where necessary.
  • Producing Payroll Reports.
  • Working to deadlines to ensure client payroll are processed on time.

Skills Needed:

  • 2 years payroll experience (within a practice or payroll Bureau)
  • Strong work ethic and team player
  • Strong excel skills.
  • System knowledge of Sage or Star (iris) is preferable
