A leading manufacturing company near Wisbech is recruiting an HR Manager to support their changing culture and expansion.
Your new role
As the HR Manager, you will ensure that our HR Strategy is aligned with overall Business objectives. Provide general HR advice and manage complex ER cases. Lead Wellbeing and Employee Engagement strategies. Design and implement L&D solutions. Monitor and review HR policies and procedures. Take the lead on recruitment and onboarding. Work closely with the management team to ensure HR plans support the needs and future of the Business.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in your application for this exciting opportunity we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
Experience of working within an HR function at Manager level
CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent
Strong organisational and change management skills
Solid knowledge of employment legislation and its application
Self-motivated, and a proactive team player
Experience in manufacturing sector would be an advantage.
