Your new role
As an HR Manager for a start-up site, within an established global organisation, you will be part of a wider HR team but will be working autonomously.
Responsibilities will include both operational and strategic HR duties :
Partnering with the Senior Leadership team and establishing and embedding the culture and designing and implementing HR engagement and well being initiatives.
Succession and Talent mapping.
Positively managing all HR issues, performance, disciplinaries, grievances, sickness absence, flexible working, maternity and paternity.
Coaching Managers on HR best practice
Supporting with the recruitment and selection process.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be an experienced, operational HR Manager, ideally within Logistics, Distribution, Manufacturing, Retail or a similar industry. You will ideally be qualified to level 5 of the CIPD or above or equivalent. Experience establishing a new site would be advantageous.
