Your new role
In this short term interim Reward Manager position you will manage the salary review process for EMEA as well as the fee earner bonuses. You will support with informing the decisions of the Salary Review Committee by producing background papers and intelligence as well as produce financial models on the implications to the practice of decisions taken by the committee as well as work collaboratively with finance in order to develop the bonus calculations used for fee earners. You will agree annual timetable with key stake holders and achieve buy in to deadlines and manage the collation and finalising of the salary review results and analysis.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have proven experience of working as a Reward Manager within a professional services, ideally partnership/ fee earning environment where you will have managed salary reviews and bonus reviews and payments. You will be customer centric in your approach with benefits experience, in particular, final salary pensions. You will have Strong Excel skills including Vlookups, pivot tables and creation of charts to support analysis. It is essential that you can start a new role immediately and commit to an 8 week duration with the potential to extend.
