Description
The position of Early Careers Program Lead will:
- Create and implement the early careers program in UK
- Use the UK blueprint to roll-out the program across Europe
- Build strong relationships with Universities
- Manage the budget and SLAs
- Promote the early careers strategy to the wider business
- Have total responsibility for the recruitment strategy, selection and offer process
Profile
The ideal candidate for the Early Careers Program Lead will:
- Have in-depth Early Careers experience
- Have led teams across multiple geographic locations
- Be energetic and comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Have exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Ideally be able to speak other European languages
- Ideally come from a Technology / IT environment
