Compensation & Performance Specialist - 12 month FTC
We have a current opportunity for a Compensation & Performance Specialist on a 12 month FTC basis with potential for longer term or a permanent position. This Compensation Specialist role will be reporting into the Head of Compensation & Performance and supporting on the delivery of harmonising number of key Reward initiatives as well as cyclical activities, including mid-year and year end review.
You will be tasked with supporting the delivery if the annual cyclical activities including salary and bonus review for several business lines across EMEA, alongside several projects including the design and implementation of a global recognition scheme.
The successful candidate will be a commercially focused Reward practitioner and will be proficient in support cyclical reward activities as well as managing salary benchmarking. You will be confident with Excel and manipulating data and presenting it in PowerPoint of similar in a meaningful way at all levels of the business. If you would like to be considered please apply.
