HR Advisor | FTC | Manchester| Up to £30,000

Your new company
Large, leading and successful utility services organisation are seeking a HR Advisor to join their team on an initial 6 month FTC

Your new role
In this HR Generalist role you will provide support to 2 northwest depot locations with a focus on Absence Management, specifically understanding and analysing related data, building relationships with managers and supervisors to fully understand the related challenges and current situation and to provide coaching & support to the managers to assist them improve absence levels and fully implement correct process. Additionally you will manage stakeholders and be given excellent opportunities for exposure to other generalist HR duties and projects for development

What you'll need to succeed

  • Good generalist HR knowledge and experience
  • Excellent Relationship Management Skills
  • Attention to Detail
  • Ability to understand and analyse data
  • Strong Excel Skill
  • Prior experience dealing with absence management advantageous
  • Proactive approach
  • Driving Licence
