I am working with a unicorn Fintech business that has just gone through a recent round of funding. They are looking to hire their first Head of Reward due to growth plans internationally. This will be an initial 3-6 month contract on either a day rate or FTC basis.

This role will be leading the design and implementation of reward programs in line with the business strategy and philosophy. Key responsibilities will include:

* Developing the Reward philosophy and strategy
* The delivery of global reward activities, compensation, benefits, variable compensation and equity reward
* Conducting job evaluation and salary reviews
* Ownership of internal salary benchmarking / integration with HRIS.

The successful candidate

* Will have proven global Reward experience
* Significant experience across Compensation, Benefits and Global Mobility
* Will be comfortable in a strategic Reward role with hands on elements
