Oakleaf are working in partnerhsip with a large, recognised strategy/consultancy firm to hire a Talent Acquisition Manager for 12 Months, reporting into the Head of Experienced Hires for the organisation.

The Talent Acquisition (TA) teams are responsible for leading and delivering the Firm's recruitment strategy, attracting and hiring high calibre diverse talent into the firm on permanent or FTC basis.

The core purpose of this role is to manage the end to end recruitment process for Executive level Director vacancies within the Consulting service line. The better you ar at creating talent pools, and doing lots of direct sourcing the better as this will be a real strength in application to this role.

The kinds of things you will be involved in:


-Work closely with TA Business Partners to understand current and predicted demand and business recruitment needs
-Develop sourcing strategies and delivery plans to fulfil open vacancies and create talent pipelines for future needs- Direct sourcing is key and relationships are so important!
- Work closely with Brand and Attraction counterparts to understand the EVP and the way the organisation is positioned in the market
- Add value to the business by building and sharing a thorough knowledge of the external market, trends and innovation and competitor activity
-Manage the end to end recruitment process including business briefing, candidate sourcing, candidate screening and facilitation of selection & assessment process and offer management
- And most importantly...Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at each stage of a candidate's journey
