A leading US law firm are recruiting for an HR Administrator to join their team. As HR Administrator you will provide general admin support to the HR team whilst coordinating and processing HR information. Key responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  • Responsibility for keeping filing system up to date and accurate and compliant
  • Payment of all HR invoices
  • Processing expenses in a timely manner
  • Running reports
  • Maintaining joiners and leavers spreadsheet
  • General admin regarding benefits and wellbeing
  • General admin regarding CSR and D&I activities including liaising with US D&I team

As HR Administrator you will possess:

  • Strong experience of general administration in an office environment, preferably within legal
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
