My client boasts successful product services within their group, and have grown significantly as the business develops further within their field.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a fast paced organisation, working alongside the HR Advisor and to take responsibility for the recruitment for their Chesterfield site.
Reporting to the Head of HR the post holder will manage the full recruitment & on boarding cycle, and be a key interface with senior management within the business.
You will manage key senior relationships within the business, manage the full recruitment process from advertising to offer, screening, initial interviews, all the paperwork, candidate attraction and building talent pools – in particular utilising social media. Working alongside the HR Advisor, you will also be involved in HR work, and it would be a huge advantage to have previous HR experience.
To be considered you must be an experienced Recruitment Advisor, This could be a great next step for an agency Resourcer/Recruiter looking to make a move into an internal role! Ideally you will be from a blue collar environment. You will be expert with tools such as Linked in, a confident communicator who can manage expectations and hiring managers time lines, and a candidate used to recruiting for high volume positions from entry level right up to senior management.
