This is a varied and challenging Birmingham based in-house recruitment role. Like many market-leading businesses our client has the ambition to attract and recruit talent at all levels and so you will be a key player within their HR function. You will be a lead Recruitment / Talent Acquisition professional responsible for delivering their operational recruitment needs.

You must have proven experience as an in-house recruiter with the ability to source, attract and hire talent at all levels. The role will see you

  • Managing recruitment campaigns and hiring managers to ensure a high quality recruitment experience as well as a successful outcome.
  • Interviewing, shortlisting and selecting candidates and championing "hidden gem" candidates/talent where appropriate.
  • Managing internal recruitment stakeholders, improving recruitment capabilities across the business and making it easier to recruit the talent the business needs.

You must enjoy the challenge of managing end to end Recruitment Campaigns (both high volume and bespoke), be able to thrive in a busy HR team and have the ability to work well as a self managing/autonomous recruitment professional.

It is a business that values accuracy and attention to detail and employees who can help them improve processes. You will be joining a HR team where you can be influential and make a real impact on the commercial success of the business.

At the moment you will be working largely from home. Longer term you can expect to be working 2-3 days a week in a Birmingham Office as well.

Package - Up to £48000 + benefits.
