A permanent HR Business Partner for a great business based in the Bradford area. The successful HR Business Partner will have proven HR generalist experience at a mid-senior level ideally within shared service or business partnering model. Our client is looking for strong experience across ER, Transformation and Change, talent capability and performance management.
Are you looking for a HR Business Partner role where you can work with a great Head of HR and help build structure in the function?
- Challenge, coach and support Managers on all ER and performance management matters
- Implement and embed the functional people plans
- Talent management - identify people capability across the business
- Advice and support on organisational change leading the HR workstream
- Take the lead on the annual employee engagement survey
The successful candidate will have experience working in a business that is managing change and cultural change as well as experience working in financial services however this is not completely essential.
