HR Administrator (perm), based on site in Truro (free parking), £24,000-£25,000pa

Your new company
A Public Sector company in Truro (500 employees) are looking for a HR Administrator to join a friendly and hardworking HR team (3 HR professionals) and company.

Your new role
You will support the HR team in a generalist HR Admin role, taking notes in absence and exit meetings. You will support the HR team with all HR enquiries that come through to the HR email inbox and on the phone. You will build valuable relationships with staff at all levels. You will support the team with ongoing recruitment needs and a DBS is needed for this role (which is paid for by the client).

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a professional HR Generalist, with great communication and administration skills. You will need to be a hardworking HR professional and have a good sense of humour.You will need HR administration experience and be looking to develop your HR career, in a supportive and friendly environment.
