Permanent HR Manager job available in Manchester
We have an exciting new permanent job opportunity for a HR manager to join a client who are a property management company with an employee headcount of 140 with plans to grow.
The role will provide full generalist support in a standalone position meaning senior level work and also lower level transaction tasks too. There will be projects and programmes that do come up but it won't be a fast paced project/change role. Overview Generalist standalone HR role managing the HR function Policy update and maintaining TUPE & Acquisition work when needed Managing the HR system Payroll externally outsourced Pensions Admin Engagement initiatives Job evaluation programmes Recruitment for all roles although managers pretty efficient now but will need to support.
This role would really suit a candidate who is a senior level advisor and ready for the next level of HR Manager and is not adverse to doing HR Admin as part of a stand alone role or it would suit a HR Manager level candidate from a stand alone organisation experience wise.
