Job Details
The Internal Recruiter will be responsible for the entire recruitment life cycle and must have strong sourcing skills within the Financial Services market. You will be sat in the wider HR team of 6, reporting into the Recruitment Business Partner.

The client is a Financial Services firm specialising in trading and pride themselves on their collaborative, social and dynamic culture. Far from a traditional Financial Services firm, the client is looking for a sociable, outgoing candidate with strong communication skills and a desire to grow in Talent Acquisition.
Description
The Internal Recruiter will be responsible for a range of duties surrounding the entire recruitment life cycle.
-Sourcing candidates and building pipeline
-Presenting CV's to the hiring manager
-Briefings with hiring managers
-Scheduling interviews
-Candidate management
-Selling the company and its value to candidates
-Offer management
Profile
The successful candidate will come from a large recruitment agency and have strong sourcing abilities using Linked In Recruiter and other job boards. You will have at least 1 year of solid recruitment experience, and you MUST have a background of recruiting into Financial Services. A knowledge of tech roles is desirable but not essential.
