Payroll Coordinator

Ashley Kate are pleased to be working with a global business on a new Payroll Coordinator role to be based at their office in Sheffield.

Reporting to the HR Advisor the Payroll Co-ordinator will be responsible for all Payroll & HR Administration and assisting with the production of payroll for sites across the UK

Processing of monthly payroll using a managed service
Provide a high-quality administration service
Assist with the management of our time & attendance system by troubleshooting and resolving system related issues 
Processing new starters and leavers
Processing monthly absence in line with legislation, entitlements and Company Policies
Management of the Company Pension scheme, auto enrollments and processing of all payments
Scanning & electronic filing to the HR system


·Strong communication skills
·Ability to work in a team environment while demonstrating organisation, self –direction and strong problem solving skills. 

Accountabilities and Performance Measures

·Running payroll in accordance to financial calendar and cut off deadlines
·Adhering to strict timescales
·Gain knowledge of in-house systems
·Producing monthly reports

Payroll Coordinator - About You

• Experience of payroll administration
• Knowledge of managed payroll operating systems and Excel is a must
• Knowledge of time & attendance systems
• Highly organised and have the ability to work to strict deadlines
• Enjoy working with people and as part of a team.
