Working for a large global engineering firm based in Liverpool. My client is seeking a team of professional Help Desk Advisors to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.
Your new role

Some of your duties will include but not limited too
Dealing with inbound HR Calls from employees
Acting as first point of contact for question and queries
Processing employment offers and dealing with changes to T&C's
Arranging training courses
Providing a first class customer service to both internal and external customers
Dealing with highly confidential information
What you'll need to succeed
Excellent customer service skills
Strong administration experience
Passion for HR
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
