Senior Benefits Analyst

Your new company
Exciting opportunity for a Benefits Analyst looking for their next temporary assignment! You will be working for an impressive global Tech business. You will be sat in the EMEA team, reporting into the Director and supported by the wider HR Operations and Contract Management teams. This role will be paid on an hourly rate for the year long assignment.

Your new role
You will be reviewing the benefits structure for the region's in your remit annually and on an as needed basis, incorporating new countries as required. You will also be managing and supporting merger and acquisition projects and new country set ups. You will be conducting research, such as competitive benchmarking, renewals, new country information. You will partner with the wider benefits teams, and local HR representatives to gain understanding of legal compliance and impact of legislative changes on existing programs, in each country. You will address benefit gaps and trends, specific to the country, conducting analysis, as needed, and making recommendations. You will conduct the EMEA benefits and retirement plan audits and documenting benefits by country to assist in the recruitment effort and ongoing employee benefits communication. A key part of the role will be to assist in annual benefits budget and vendor renewal.

What you'll need to succeed
You will demonstrable Benefits experience supporting EMEA client groups including experience in a similar role in a similar environment. You will have excellent analytical skills, able to present data and recommendations in an organised and logical manner. You will have the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment. You will have proven experience of managing the renewals process, core benefits, leave policies and time away from work.
