Senior L&D Advisor - Enfield - £35-40,000 plus benefits

Newly created opportunity for a Senior L&D Advisor to join this well established commercial organisation. Reporting into the Head of L&D, you will be involved in the delivery and continuous progression of the overall L&D strategy. You will provide a professional, proactive, and effective L&D service to all employees within the organisation. Advise managers and employees on a range of appropriate L&D interventions and solutions that fulfils and delivers organisation and department plans, individual objectives and delivers high performing teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:-

- Apply the full 'training cycle' approach to all in-house statutory, mandatory and developmental training modules, programmes and interventions for various levels up to senior leaders across the organisation
- Proactively conduct needs analysis and research across departments, and propose, design and facilitate appropriate innovative L&D solutions
- Coordinate, facilitate and lead various existing L&D initiatives, activities and interventions
- Provide leadership on all aspects of L&D projects and initiatives ensuring successful implementation
- Provide reports on various L&D activity to demonstrate progress against KPIs and departmental objectives

You will need the following experience:

- HR/L&D Qualification
- Well established and proven professional experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating innovative learning, development and training interventions preferably within a blue and white collar environment
- Experience in facilitating group L&D interventions is essential
- Experience and knowledge in designing and delivering leadership skills programmes
