Interim HR Technology Analyst - Immediate start - £350-400 per day PAYE inside scope of IR35
You will join a leading financial services business.
As Interim HR Technology Analyst you will join a major transformation program and in this role you will define and build the People Operations service proposition, enabling the centralisation and consolidation of HR operations using Workday & ServiceNow. You will collaborate with stakeholders across People function and Technology to design detailed processes for the future People Operations division which are simplified, consolidated, standardised, automated and global as well as build the taxonomy for future People Operations processes ensuring a thorough audit trial and documentation are in place, with detailed processes for each step documented effectively.
The successful candidate will have a background in HRIS roles gained in a financial service business where they will have ideally used Workday and Servicenow. You will be able to demonstrate your track record with process mapping projects, ideally within HR / Payroll and experience of working ARIS, Microsoft Visio or a similar process mapping tools. You will have advanced Excel skills and an understanding of leading practice process mapping techniques. You will have an awareness of the People lifecycle and People issues including performance management, employee relations, wellbeing, recruitment etc. and an understanding of continuous improvement approaches, process mapping and basic change management. It is essential that you can start a new role immediately and commit to the duration of the assignment.
